1. What Rumbo is

Rumbo is a GauchoFlow service that offers general guidance on migration matters through an automated assistant. By using it you accept these terms.

2. Not legal advice

Answers are informational and generated automatically. They are not legal advice, do not replace a lawyer or licensed immigration adviser, and do not create a professional relationship with the user.

Immigration rules change often and can vary by consulate or office. Before starting an application, check the requirements with official sources. The decisions you make are your responsibility.

3. Consultations and payments

Each consultation is paid for once, at the price shown at the time of payment. It includes the number of messages and the availability period shown before you pay. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Payments are processed by PayPal. Rumbo does not receive or store your card details.

You don't need an account: you access your consultation through a unique link and code. Anyone who has that link or code can read the conversation, so keep them private.

4. Refunds

If a technical problem attributable to Rumbo prevented you from using the consultation, write to us within 14 days of payment with your code and we will review a refund. A refunded consultation is closed.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Rumbo to prepare or facilitate immigration fraud — false documents, misleading statements, sham marriages or job offers — or for any unlawful purpose. Do not try to interfere with the service or automate its use.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted. We may change the service, its prices and these terms; changes do not affect consultations already paid for.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rumbo and GauchoFlow are not liable for decisions, expenses, refusals or losses arising from the use of the information provided. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation.

8. Lawyer directory

The directory lists profiles created by the professionals themselves. Rumbo does not provide legal services, is not a party to the relationship between a professional and their clients, and does not guarantee their services. Before hiring, check the lawyer's licence with the relevant bar.

Publishing a profile is free. The payment enables the WhatsApp button for the period shown at checkout and does not renew automatically. We may reject or remove profiles that do not belong to licensed lawyers or that contain false information.

Star ratings reflect visitors' opinions. We may remove ratings that are abusive or fraudulent.
